Read labels! |

stay healthy |

Eat a fair amount of "good" fat, such as avocado, flaxseed oil, olive oil, salmon, etc. |

Never eat too much of anything |

Eat a wide variety of foods |

Use sugar in moderation |

Don't watch TV too much at one time |

Don't smoke |

Don't drink alcohol more than once a week |

Don't drink more than one cup of coffee per day |
