THE DELIMA DIET
"Eat well today, feel better tomorrow."
RECOMMENDED DAILY WATER INTAKE: 3 liters
GENERAL ADVICE:
Do not eat too fast and chew your food well.
Avoid refined sugar.
Avoid carbonated water drinks (drink water instead).
Adjust proportions according to daily activity.
You should never feel full ("stuffed") or too full after a meal.
Try not to skip meals.
Brush your teeth (or if overly enthused, floss) after each meal.

NOTE: Try to eat SOMETHING at least every three hours.

BREAKFAST SNACK #1 LUNCH
